As a marketing strategist team member on this project, we implemented and presented new strategies and tactical ideas to Lions Gate Entertainment and The Hunger Games Franchise in order to stay relevant among moviegoers. This involved developing a marketing communications plan in addition to myself designing and emphasizing Lions Gate Entertainment and The Hunger Games brand image based on new strategies presented as design lead on the team. While coming up new tactical ideas, we facilitated two sessions of focus groups based on Lions Gate Entertainment's top two-tiered demos on consumer's home entertainment experiences/habits. Finally, a qualitative survey sponsored by Lions Gate was executed to further understand consumer's home entertainment experiences.
